Refund and Returns Policy

At Brindah, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a no-return policy for all items once sold. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
- All sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except as required by law.
- Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your selection before making a purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at connect@brindah.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering either a replacement or a refund for the defective item. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
3. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at connect@brindah.com. We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order is processed and shipped, it is final and cannot be canceled.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only provided in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon arrival with a mandatory requirement of providing unboxing video. If your item is eligible for a refund, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-12 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
