1. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, mobile), KYC documents for sellers, pickup and billing addresses, order and payment metadata, support tickets, and device/log data needed to run brindah.com.
2. How we use it
To create accounts, approve sellers, fulfil orders, assign couriers, calculate tax/commission, settle payouts, prevent fraud, and answer support. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing
We share what is required with payment processors, Shiprocket/couriers (name, phone, address, package details), and with the other party to an order (seller sees delivery address; buyer sees business name). Super Admin staff can access tickets and KYC for moderation.
4. Retention
Order, invoice, and GST-relevant records are kept as required by Indian law. You may request account closure; open orders must finish first.
5. Security and your rights
Passwords are stored hashed. Use Forgot Password on your portal if compromised. Access/correction requests: connect@brindah.com.
